The places where we have cooked
We don't have a restaurant. We have Piedmont. These are some of the places where we have brought our kitchen. We never show our clients, but we can tell you about the places.
- In a winery
The heart of our work. We collaborate with a great many wineries in Langhe, Roero and Monferrato: private dinners among the barrels, in tasting rooms or overlooking the vines.

A private lunch in the shade of the most famous tree in Langhe, with views of the hills, Cordero di Montezemolo wines and our cooking prepared on site. With Langhe Experience.

Dinner in a clearing after a truffle hunt with a trifolau, lit only by candles.
- In a ciabot on a hilltop
The farmers' old tool hut, alone among the vines, turned into a dining room for one evening.

Lunch served where you can only arrive by flying.
- By helicopter, hunting truffles
We are the private chefs of the Heli Truffle Experience by I AM Unico Platinum Experiences. You fly into the woods of Northern Italy to hunt for truffles, then we turn them into gourmet dishes on the spot, with paired wines.

Our area
Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, from our base in Motta di Costigliole d'Asti. The Langhe of Barolo and Barbaresco, the hills around Asti, the Roero. With our helicopter experiences, across Northern Italy too.
